I hired Daniel at 12 Point Construction to re-roof four roofs, including complete tear-offs and reshingling, with two requiring full OSB re-decking. The crew arrived early on the first day with 9+ roofers and completed 3 roofs. The next day, a crew of 4 finished the final roof in half a day. As someone with over 40 years of experience personally doing complete rehabs, including hands-on roofing work, I closely observed the entire process and can confirm the work was done correctly, efficiently, and with great attention to cleanliness. Process was easy... we agreed on a price, set a date, and the job was completed on time. I wouldn't hesitate to use 12 Point Construction again for any future roof project.

Sealed the chimney better than the original contractor 10 years ago. His repair should last the life of the whole roof. Worked within my price range and got more due to his expertise! Will definitely use 12 point construction when we decide to get a metal roof!
